Title: Library Rules and Regulations

Welcome to our library! Our library is a place dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and enriching learning environment for all members of our community. To maintain order and efficiency, we have established these rules and regulations that all library users must follow.

1、Access and Registration

All members of the community are welcome to use the library. However, to ensure accountability and access control, all visitors must register upon arrival. Registration includes providing a valid form of identification and a contact number, which will be used for emergency contact purposes only.

2、Library Materials

All library materials belong to the library and must be used for educational or research purposes only. Materials may not be taken out of the library or shared with unauthorized individuals. Any found in violation of this rule will be subject to disciplinary action.

3、Reading Areas

The library contains designated reading areas for each section. Please respect the designated areas and maintain quiet behavior while using them. No eating, drinking, or using cell phones within the reading areas.

4、Computers and Internet Access

Computers and internet access are available in the library for research and communication purposes. Please use them responsibly and comply with all social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

5、Quiet Hours

From 10 PM to 7 AM, the library is designated Quiet Hours. Please refrain from using any sound-making devices or engaging in any loud behavior during this time.

6、Disruptive Behavior

Any behavior that disrupts the learning environment or that of others will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to shouting, yelling, using abusive language, or engaging in any behavior that may cause a disturbance to others. Any such behavior will result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from the library.

7、Library Etiquette

We ask that you respect the rights of others and follow basic library etiquette. This includes but is not limited to: keeping your belongings with you at all times, refraining from using foul language or abusive behavior, and complying with all safety and hygiene guidelines.

8、Disposal of Waste Materials

All waste materials must be properly disposed of in designated bins provided throughout the library. Failure to do so may result in fines or disciplinary action.

9、Security and Safety Precautions

The library takes safety precautions seriously and follows all safety regulations and guidelines set forth by local authorities. Please comply with all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
